'Rancid Greyling' (Lyophyllum Rancidum) - Mushroom Botanical Print
This fine art print features a beautifully detailed botanical illustration of the Rancid Greyling (Lyophyllum Rancidum), one of Europe's most admired and historically significant wild mushrooms. Celebrated since antiquity for its distinctive and elegant form, it has long fascinated naturalists, botanists, and collectors of natural history specimens.
Created with exceptional precision, the illustration captures the intricate structure, delicate gills, and characteristic grey to brown-grey cap of the mushroom in the tradition of classic botanical and mycological studies.
Printed in the United States using archival pigment inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Ultra Smooth 305 gsm paper, a museum-quality, 100% cotton fine art paper prized for its exceptional detail, rich tonal depth, and velvety matte finish.
Perfect for traditional, Cottagecore, English Country, Grandmillennial, Dark Academia, and refined contemporary interiors, this timeless mushroom study brings a sense of curiosity, craftsmanship, and natural wonder to any space.
Professionally packaged and shipped from the United States.
