This mahogany Colonial reproduction side table features a tripod pedestal base, cabriole legs with lovely pad feet, and a circular "dish" top, which is molded at the rim to keep things in place. It has a lovely matte finish and smooth texture. It was made by The Bartley Collection based in Charlottesville, VA who specialized in high-quality furniture reproductions. Some pieces were factory-made and others were made by DIYers at home, via a kit supplied by Bartley.
Because this beautiful table is a bit taller than a modern sofa end table, it could also be used as a plant stand or server as well!
Dimensions: 25"H, 15.75" top diameter, 17.75"W at base.

It had a crack that was expertly repaired by a previous owner, which is located along the rim of the table top. This is detectable upon close inspection. In addition, there is a slight curvature to the top "dish", likely to have occurred when it was attached to the base (see photo). Small round items do not roll when placed on it. This is a beautiful piece! less
