Height adjustable.You sit in an active posture to prevent back problems Beautiful wooden frame in great condition and fabric is tan to light brown in good condition but has 2 small stain in seat. It's made in Norway with wooden frame is in great condition and upholstery is light brown and has become slightly faded due to UV light
Chair is over 20 years old but really in excellent condition.
