An elegant cylindrical perfume bottle (or salt bottle), crafted from multilayered art glass with refined gold decorations and an original metal frame. This piece is a classic example of French haute-school glassmaking from around 1900-1910, strongly influenced by the botanical designs of the Daum Nancy factory.
Although the piece bears no visible signature, the consistent techniques employed (multilayered glass, cast finish, high-fired gilding) allow it to be definitively attributed to the École de Nancy. Pieces of this chromatic elegance are highly prized for their ability to capture light and their historical and aesthetic value.
