A stunning vintage French oval ceramic baking dish in rich cobalt blue with a white glazed interior. The exterior is wrapped in a beautifully detailed embossed scallop and arch pattern — a hallmark of classic French provincial pottery tradition. The fine, pale clay body and luminous blue glaze are characteristic of quality French ceramic manufacture from the early-to-mid 20th century.
The unglazed foot shows honest patina and wear consistent with decades of use in a French kitchen. Completely unmarked, as was common with smaller French regional potteries that produced utilitarian bakeware for everyday use.
A truly versatile and beautiful piece — use it for quiche, tarts, cobblers, or casseroles, or simply display it as the decorative treasure it is.

Condition: Good vintage condition with honest wear. Two small flea bites (tiny glaze nicks) around the rim, visible in photos — typical of age and handling on pieces of this era. No cracks.
