Idyllic farm landscape with a palm tree by an unknown artist (American, 20th Century). There is a tower that is the main focus of the piece, with a palm tree next to it. Behind the palm is a farmhouse with a red roof. Running along the right side of the composition is a canal for irrigation, with a small bridge passing over it. In the background, a cloudless sky fades from yellow to light blue.
Signed John F (illegible) and dated '91 in the lower right corner.
