Item :
A stunning tulip-shaped vase in Murano glass, two-tone, with a blue stem or pedestal and an opaline white flower. Entirely handcrafted and acid-matted, it dates back to the second half of the 20th century. It is signed "Barbini Murano" engraved under the base. The tulip shape of this vase is particularly beautiful. The acid-matted glass has been beautifully opaque, a difficult and extremely valuable process. The glass is quite thick and compact, and holding it in your hand immediately gives you a sense of quality and substance. The antique patina is also beautiful, dating it to around 1950-1960.
