The spherical form is cut with four flat facets, each engraved with one of the four suits; hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades. A green enamel base is bordered by a silver-mounted rim, allowing for smooth movement across the gaming table. Hallmarked french silver with english import marks, sterling silver, year 1931 (q), imported by gs (stockwell & co (george stockwell of finsbury street, london)).
