The stitches are a nice, tight satin stitch.

The panels are mounted on a matting material, matted and framed with a simple silver tone metal frame. There is no glass covering the front.

MEASUREMENTS
Overall size 25 1/4 in (64.1 cm) tall x 13 in (33.0 cm) wide x ¾ in (1.9 cm) thick.
The embroidery itself – 20 ½ in (52.1 cm) tall x 8 ½ in (21.6 cm) wide.
Weighs 2 lbs 1 oz.

CONDITION
The embroideries are still tight with very minimal fraying or fading The brocade border has a couple of loose threads and portions of it have become loose from the background. The silk backing is moderately puckered and was likely not pressed before it was mounted. (This would be easy to remedy). There is one small stain along the border. The frame and matting are in very good condition.
