Fun fact, the race began in a heavy rain, with 32 false starts, an unusual level of incompetence in horse racing.
This state is made of bronze on a bronze base that is attached to a larger oval base. approximately 17 inches tall. 15.5 statue plus 1.5 marble base. dark grey, 18 inches long and just over 10 inches deep. Artist name on base and again on marble with the name of the statue. See less
