It features an iconic vintage streetcar/cable car negotiating a steep hill, flanked by towering, distorted architecture.
Executed in a moody, nocturnal expressionist style, it relies on deep, dramatic tones of midnight blue, black, and emerald green. These dark tones are sharply punctuated by glowing slashes of amber, yellow, and deep red to emulate neon city lights.
