A wonderful crystal emerald green vase from Baccarat's 'Oceanie' collection designed by the French artist Thomas Bastide (born 1954). Made in France, the vase features a cylindrical barrel stopper that rests upon the collared top. Marked "Baccarat" to the side with the maker's mark and a Baccarat sticker.
Resident Baccarat designer Thomas Bastide attended National College of Graphic Art and the National College of Applied Arts and Crafts. Bastide is known for his creative and daring glass sculpture designs.
