Featuring a dynamic and striking structure, this piece perfectly embodies the sophisticated elegance, the astronomical/space-age feel typical of the era, and the Milanese craftsmanship of the 1950s.
The Curved Wood Sails: The most valuable and original element is the curved oak plywood fins that embrace the light sources. This organic detail softens the geometry of the structure and creates a wonderful contrast with the metals.
Atomic and Elegant Geometry: The sunburst structure develops the light sources oriented outward. The chromatic and material contrast between the warm finish of the brass details, the rigor of the black lacquered metal (typical of the Stilnovo monogram), and the warmth of the wood creates an incredible visual impact both when turned on and off.
