Beautiful pair of high-quality vintage armchairs by Karges Furniture Company of Evansville, Indiana — a renowned American maker known for exceptional handcrafted luxury furniture since 1886. Original manufacturer tag is still attached to the underside of the chair.
These feature classic Louis XV / French Provincial styling:
• Gorgeous carved wood frames with a warm golden-brown finish
• Hand-woven cane backs for a light, breathable, and elegant look
• Graceful cabriole legs with scrolled feet and scalloped aprons
Approx. 25” W x 22” D x 32” H
Excellent vintage condition. Wood frames show nice patina, cane is intact and tight, upholstery is good with one flaw pictured.
