A striking signed shallow birch wood bowl by Annamaija Halonen of Halonen Studio, dated 2004. This sculptural piece features a broad circular form with a natural pale birch center framed by a deep teal-blue carved outer band. The surface is decorated with fine incised abstract spiral and wave motifs, giving the bowl a wonderful sense of movement and hand-worked detail.
The reverse shows the artist’s signature and date, along with the Halonen Studio mark. The low, wide profile makes it ideal as a decorative centerpiece, display bowl, or wall-mounted art object if fitted with appropriate hardware.
