Although we have not located a maker's mark, these … Read more These sleek, postmodern style torchiere-type floor lamps are true statement pieces! Although we have not located a maker's mark, these came from an extremely wealthy estate in Park City, Utah. Made from real wood, these lamps are substantial and sturdy. The lamp fittings (socket where bulbs attach) do say "Made in Italy". Listing is for the pair.

Features:
- Wood body with a dark espresso finish & satin sheen
- Grain flows seamlessly over every angle
- Asymmetrical geometric body fits perfectly agains the wall, but looks lovely from any angle
- Torchiere-type lamp reflects light upward with 2D CFL bulb
- Rotary-type switch located midway up the back side of body

*Please Note: Safety labels inside top section state that lamps must have two feet of clearance above them & use 55W or smaller bulbs. This is almost certainly due to the fact that they were produced before LED bulbs (with much lower temperature output) were widely available. Suitable replacement LED bulbs would certainly mitigate any risks associated with heat output of bulbs.

76 3/16" H x 14 7/8" W x 14 7/8" D (width and depth measured at flared base, the widest part of the lamp)

Condition:
Vintage / Gently used - Excellent
Minor wear consistent with age- mostly just some scuffs/minor dings along the very top/bottom edge of base. Not immediately noticeable. No major damage or defects.
Lamps are fully functional, original light bulbs still work, but may benefit from a more modern/efficient replacement. See less
