Handmade Art Deco style figurative bust sculpture in polished brass by Balos Design, executed in the “Hagenauer manner” with an elongated neck and stylized headwrap form. A strong, sculptural accent piece that reads beautifully on a pedestal, console, or bookshelf in Deco, Hollywood Regency, or modern glam interiors.
The warm gold-tone finish is highly reflective, emphasizing the clean lines and simplified facial planes typical of Deco-inspired metalwork. Substantial in hand (just over 12 lbs), it has the visual presence and stability decorators look for when styling open shelving or entry consoles.
