Lovely antique Italian Trumeau mirror from the early 1900's. The piece is made of heavy wood with a beige painted background and raised accents painted gold. The center relief depicts a landscape oil painting. The relief was originally a floral oil painting which is also included but not attached. On the reverse of the mirror is written '6862 Italy Made.' The mirror was acquired from prominent Memphis designer Jimmy Graham in the late 20th century at which time the floral relief was replaced with the landscape relief. Just a stunning piece to design an entire room around!
Overall dimensions are 44" wide x 66" high x 4" deep.
Mirror itself measures 26" wide x 26" high.
Painting relief area measures 25-1/2" wide x 21-1/2" high.
