This stunning Art Glass Paperweight is made of hand blown glass. This beautiful paperweight has a classic rounded silhouette, a brilliant blue and white color scheme, and a masterfully placed controlled bubble design centered to the piece. The bottom of this vintage paperweight is hot stamped as being made by Joe St. Clair, who began producing his art glass designs in the U.S.A with the St. Clair family business in the late 1930s / early 1940s.
