This impressive and masterfully crafted cabinet from the Biedermeier period, circa 1830-1850. This elegant piece of furniture captivates with its beautiful, mirrored walnut veneer on the front, which displays a particularly harmonious and vibrant grain. The two-tiered cabinet offers the perfect display for books, dishes, or collectibles in its glazed upper section with sturdy shelves, while the solid lower section provides ample concealed storage space with three generous drawers. Finely crafted dovetail joints on the original softwood drawers and period-appropriate lock fittings underscore the authentic, handcrafted quality of this antique. Details: German design circa 1800, walnut, good condition, key included, brass fittings.
