This is rare Heywood-Wakefield birch lamp table with a cloverleaf shape. No. 3842G. It is 26" high and 21" across.
The 5th photo shows the part number (3842G) stamped on the bottom. This table and the part number match in a 1940 Heywood-Wakefield Catalog, Page 18.
