This beautifully … Read more This is an authentic Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty (circa 1900) hand carved lidded vase. Excellent condition as noted. This beautifully carved piece is made of natural, translucent jade and it has a beautiful muted green color. The body has two baby Pixiu creatures (dragon head without horns, lion body) that face the same direction (mirrored) and the lid has two detailed birds (one’s crown has a tiny crack). This piece is 7 1/2" tall with the lid on and it weighs 2 lbs. It comes with its custom made carved open work wood stand which has two broken sections, so I’m including an extra stand. One of the ringed handles has been repaired and the other appears to have tiny hairline fissures (see UV light closeups). See less
