No maker’s label or signature was observed, so piece is attributed to the above-mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark.

The elongated 20.5" profile reads beautifully on a credenza, bar, or bookshelf, catching and refracting light through the clear fins and dorsal ridge while the confetti inclusions add color without overwhelming a scheme.
