Pine dome top with oak strapping and all original metal fittings and leather side handles. Used primarily for steamship and train travel. The domed tops prevented items from being stacked on top. The interior of this trunk includes its original antique tray and has been recovered at some point in a newer floral chintz. The trunk sits on its original recessed wheels as well. Excellent vintage condition. See less
