Published by Doubleday , the 135-pg hardcover/unclipped jacket is illustrated with a few b/w photos, and includes the correct first printing code "E5" on page 135. The black boards' spine is lettered in orange, and the author's photo appears on the jacket back. The copyright page shows the correct 1961 (year play written) with no former or later publication dates. The book is protected by a brodart sleeve. The text & photos are clean, bright & unmarked - no foxing or stains. The book's covers are undamaged with sharp corners.. The dust jacket shows edge wear, top, bottom, spine.
