An elegant upholstered camelback loveseat by Southern Furniture Co. of Conover, North Carolina,
Featuring a gracefully shaped serpentine crest rail above a tight upholstered back and two loose seat cushions, accompanied by matching throw pillows and upholstered in a light cream jacquard fabric with a subtle floral vine pattern, the frame accented with exposed carved hardwood trim and raised on cabriole legs with a shaped apron and central decorative drop
Classic French Provincial and traditional American design influences popular in the late 20th century.
Retains original manufacturer tag reading “Made by Southern Furniture Co. of Conover, Inc., Conover, North Carolina,”
Condition: well overall with light wear consistent with use including minor scuffs and scratches to the wooden frame and legs, along with faint, light staining to the upholstery that does not significantly detract from its overall appearance.
