Vintage Chandelier- Extraordinary French Montgolfière Empire Basket Chandelier
An exquisite French Empire chandelier, masterfully composed in a classic two-tier basket form and lavishly draped in cascading strands of faceted crystal. The silhouette is both architectural and romantic — a tapering upper cone flowing seamlessly into a rounded lower basket, each adorned with brilliant prisms that capture and refract light with exceptional sparkle.
A warm, gilded brass tone band anchors the composition at its center, lending balance and contrast to the fluidity of the crystal. Elongated prism drops and a finely cut crystal sphere finial complete the design, adding movement and refinement from every angle.
