This images was executed with a textural and rich dimensional polychrome surface, yielding a mesmerizing visual effect. The images is in it's original gold gilt frame, signed on the front, and retains the original gallery tag on verso as shown.
Mr. Winters was resident of Albany NY and is represented in several collections, including the Albany Institute of History and Art, and he was also a member of the Artist of the Upper Hudson association.
This example is in very good, original, clean and ready to install condition, showing only minor flaws, normal; and consistent with age. See less
