Orson Lowell was one of a group of well-known illustrators that formed the New Rochelle Art Colony
near NYC in the early 1900's. This is an exceptional example from 1916 with a WW1 era lady speaking
to her imagined lover by early telephone.
The address label as seen here is included in museum collections as evidence of authenticity.
