This is a beautifully crafted vintage four poster pencil post full-size bed in the Georgian, Southern Federal or Hepplewhite style.
Features elegant tapered posts with turned finials and richly figured walnut grain throughout. The clean lines and refined proportions give the piece a timeless early American look while maintaining a warm traditional feel. Stamped “Oxford” and dated January 24, 1975.
The shaped headboard and footboard feature subtle curves and minimalist detailing that pair well with traditional, colonial, Federal, or transitional interiors. A sophisticated and understated statement piece with excellent scale and classic American styling. Original wood side rails are included, and the bed accommodates a standard full-size mattress and box spring or slat system.
Includes headboard, footboard, and side rails. Can include center support slats if desired. Condition is very good overall with minor cosmetic wear consistent with age and use.
