Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, it has been shampooed but it retains a few stubborn stained areas. Please see photos, zoom in for details, and see long description as they are part of the condition report. WOW…. What have we HERE??? An awesome ottoman? YES!!! OR, is it a fabulous footstool??? Also, YES!! Maybe it’s a crazy-cool coffee table??? Again… YES!!!!! How about a huge puffy saltine cracker??? Well… NO!!! No, it’s not…. LOL… (we think it kind of looks like one!!) But… talk about versatility!!! This is a FANTASTIC large sized ottoman or footstool composed of an ecru or off white color upholstered square shaped pillow top with scalloped edges and beautiful button tufted detail, twisted cord detailed sides and bullion fringe surrounding the base all composed of multicolored neutral colors, and blonde wood square feet hiding under the fringe. Can we just say… MARVELOUS!!!! It bears a Traditional aesthetic that will be beautiful among many décor styles and is sure to be a statement piece in whatever room it is placed. Talk about a comfortable spot to put your feet up as you lean back in a lounge chair in your family room, or a convenient spot to sit as you remove your shoes in the entry way or while you put your shoes on in the dressing room, or you could also use it in place of a coffee table in the living room. Someone will call it an ottoman… some will call it a footstool… while others will call it a coffee table… AND… they would all be correct. So no matter WHAT you choose to call this awesome, fabulous, crazy-cool piece… (Just NOT a puffy saltine cracker!) Be sure you call it… YOURS!!!
