Designed in the clean, functional spirit of Willy Guhl, they feature straight, simple lines with gently softened angles that lend them an unexpected softness despite their sturdiness. Small, integrated feet discreetly elevate them, allowing water to drain naturally from beneath their bases. It is this beautiful attention to practical details that makes these pieces so perfect. Over time, the exterior surface has acquired a natural bluish-grey patina, dotted with traces of limescale, light moss, and a few oxidation spots—all signs of a good life in the garden, through the changing seasons. The interior reveals a simple yet effective central drainage hole, true to the modernist aesthetic that animates these planters.
