Now, though we've sold decoys before, yet we've never seen them in this type of a mechanism. What was the intended use of them like this is unclear; and we've asked people who would know. They are made to spread out or close back in—when fully expanded they measure 75 inches end-end. So, though a mystery for now they are still a most unique and collectible piece of primitive Folk Art find. They would sit beautifully on a mantel or shelf. In a fancy room or a cabin our in the woods. They are endearingly charmful.
