A few blemishes on the metal part of the shade on the very top as well as on the plastic part (see photos). There are three very faint "tan line" spots resulting from adhesive tape on top of the shade where the metal and the plastic parts meet. This lamp doesn't rotate on the vertical axis because the screw connecting the arm to the shade is loose (see photo). This flaw might be repairable by a lamp shop.
