The organic flowing glaze gives this piece a warm wabi-sabi aesthetic that works beautifully in Japandi, organic modern, rustic modern, and mid-century inspired interiors.
The teapot has an elegant rounded body with subtle vertical paneling, a gracefully curved spout, and a substantial handle that gives the piece both visual balance and functional charm. The glaze displays lovely tonal variation ranging from deep cocoa to warm caramel and ivory.
Marked “Japan” on the underside. Likely dating from the 1960s–1970s.
