A handcrafted pewter charger plate by Scottish artist Gordon W Robertson, created in the United Kingdom in 2012 as part … Read more A handcrafted pewter charger plate by Scottish artist Gordon W Robertson, created in the United Kingdom in 2012 as part of a group exhibition marking the twentieth anniversary of David Lynch’s cult television series Twin Peaks. Titled Kcor Stel, the large charger is worked with an intricate geometric surface inspired by the iconic Red Room scenes from the series. The sharply tooled zig-zag motif creates a striking optical effect across the pewter surface, shifting subtly with light and movement. Handcrafted and individually finished by the artist, the work functions equally well as a sculptural centrepiece or wall-mounted metal artwork. This example is numbered 1/5 and retains the impressed artist’s mark to the underside.
