A fantastic armchair that can also act as an armchair and is designed by Arne Vodder for France & søn in Denmark.
The armchair has a formidable, even unbeatable comfort that really enhances the experience of relaxation and peace of mind. It is also very sturdy and stable, making it an excellent choice for both everyday use and festive occasions. The armchair is perfect as a solitaire in a room where you want to create an eye-catching design, as well as an addition around a dining table or a coffee table. It also works as a stylish chair at the desk and contributes to a harmonious and inviting atmosphere in both modern and traditional homes.
The armchair is an early model of the FD 188 chair and is very slim and elegant with a teak frame that really catches the eye.
The seat lies as if floating on the frame and enhances the elegant expression of the furniture in a unique way. Here it is the balance between style and function that really defines the furniture.
The backrest is fitted with elegant brass fittings and is tiltable, which contributes to its extra comfort. The function makes it possible to have the backrest exactly the way you want it, whether you are sitting up or leaning back.
This carefully thought-out combination of design and functionality makes the chair feel both modern and timeless, making it an excellent choice for both traditional and contemporary interiors. with its soft lines and sophisticated details, it will quickly become a favorite in any room. No matter where it is placed, it will invite comfort and style.
The seat and back have new upholstery in black soft leather, which means that the chair will get a magical patina the more it is used!
