A beautiful pair of antique bedside chests of drawers. They were made in England and date from around the 1950’s.
The quality is superb, they have serpentine shaped fronts, sit on bracket feet and have wonderful solid brass handles with lovely details. The tops and drawer fronts have cross banded edges, the wood has a gorgeous colour tone and stunning grain patterns. They are a very useful size, perfect for use as bedside chests, or as occasional side tables in a living room setting.
We have had them recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age.
