A beautiful pair of stools from the Biedermeier period, circa 1825, crafted from solid cherry wood. The clean lines, warm wood, and simple design are typical of this era, making the stools timeless and easy to coordinate with other furnishings.
The seats have been reupholstered with a high-quality Zimmer & Rohde fabric. The blue patterned fabric adds a lovely accent and complements the warm tone of the cherry wood beautifully.
These stools are versatile and can be used as extra seating, footstools in front of an armchair, in the bedroom, hallway, or as a decorative pair in the living room. Their simple form gives them a classic yet light appearance.
The wood has been treated, cleaned, and polished with a new coat of shellac.
