Each piece features an intricately molded cream-and-yellow basketweave ground, beautifully adorned with vibrant, hand-painted pink wild roses, rich green foliage, and naturalistic brown rope handles and borders. The interiors and bases are finished in a glossy cream glaze, complete with hand-painted Victorian inventory marks on the reverse. Displays expected fine age-crazing and minor stilt marks on the undersides typical of authentic 19th-century earthenware. less
