The bases' classical Urn sillohette with its elaborate details is a fine example of Hansons' evolving futuristic aesthetic wherein they fused Classical design forms with Modern elements to create a strikingly new vision. Comprised of the highest quality Bisque ceramic, Carerra Marble and Brass, all very well machined and manufactured. Crowned with the original monumental finial which mounts the Off White colored Linen-like shade that casts the ideal ambience upon the sculptural Bisque relief. See less

This X large Classical Mid Century Modern lamp is in exceptional original condition, completely intact and fully functional. The Bisque, Marble and Brass finishes exhibit only the faintest signs of wear & age with just some faint tarnish patina to the Brass, otherwise no damage or repair evident . The 3-way switch/sockets and power cord are all original and have been inspected to be clean, safe and functional. Paul Hanson manufactures label is still mostly intact on the socket (last Pic). The Carrera Marble base is equally as clean with just a faint corner nick on back where the "Made in Italy - Carrera Marble" sticker is still intact. The Off White colored Linen-like shade shown is a new contemporary replacement which reflects the original and is perfect . DIMENSIONS: This monumental lamps general dimensions are 37" tall and 9" wide at the Urn base. The contempoary fabric shade is 16" wide X 12" high - the actual shade received may very ever so slightly in details and dimensions due to suppliers availability. Bulb is NOT included.
