Painting is executed on canvas and stretched, contained in quality gilt carved (gold) frame, with inner silver border. This European School oil painting is not signed by the artist, which is very surprising. This was suggested to be a Hudson Valley School scene, in the manner of. Size is extra large 45" x 31" overall in the frame, while the art alone is 35" x 21". Good overall condition, expected crackling, antique touch-ups (see in photos).
