Contemporary signed limited-edition aquatint etching on paper by German artist Alfred Gockel, titled Rhythm of NY on the verso gallery/framing label. Professionally presented in a metallic-toned wood frame with dual matting. Signed by the artist and numbered VI/XV in pencil.
The vertical composition layers New York City icons—including the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building—with Gockel’s rhythmic, gestural linework and saturated red, blue, and black color fields. Its narrow oversized format makes it a strong statement piece for an entry, hallway, living room, office, or vignette over a console, credenza, or mantel.
