Here are a beautiful set of 5 vintage "Madame & Monsieur" silver-plated napkin rings, a classic French design often dating from the Art Deco period (circa 1920s–1940s). They feature an oval shape with the titles engraved on the front. There are 3 'Monsieur' and 2 'Madame' rings. They measure 2x1 3/8" and 1 3/16" high. The condition of all are excellent.
Historically, these sets were popular wedding or anniversary gifts in France, symbolizing the union of a household.
