Quimper is a very famous house for ceramics in West France (Bretagne), their name HB is of two families (Hubaudière-Bousquet).
They have been creating this model between 1968 and 1975, it's part of a big collection in black and yellow, in a "vintage" style which was more "modern" than the tipical traditional items of HB Quimper. Very audacious for that time!
