This three-piece silver-plated serving set was designed by Royal Arden Hickman for Three Crowns Silversmiths of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Hickman came to tableware design by way of Hollywood, where he worked as a prop maker — and it shows. His pieces have a quiet glamour to them, married to the clean Scandinavian lines that defined the best of mid-century American design.
The silver-over-copper construction gives these pieces a satisfying weight and a luster that polishes up beautifully, as these have.
Set includes:

Cheese Server — 9¾" long, 3" at widest (shows gentle signs of a life well used)
Salad Fork — 12⅜" long, 3" at widest
Salad Spoon — 12½" long, 3" at widest

Condition: Very good vintage. Cleaned and polished. Salad fork and spoon are excellent; the cheese server carries honest wear. No dents or damage on any piece.
