Crafted during the height of the 1940s-1950s Hollywood Regency era, this high-end statement piece features an exquisite, milk-white glazed porcelain base meticulously sculpted with perched birds nesting among floral tree branches.
True to the unrivaled luxury standards of the Paul Hanson brand, the lamp comes fully assembled with its highly sought-after original hardware, including a stamped Paul Hanson Co. NYC brass shade spider and an authentic patented Berger Swivel Harp, designed to cleanly balance and level the shade at any angle.
The vintage drum shade comes trimmed with its original, contrasting black scrolled gimp braid textile borders, anchoring the Chinoiserie design with rich texture.
Condition Note: Excellent vintage structural condition with beautiful glaze finish. No apparent chips or cracks on the porcelain sculpture. Hardware shows age-appropriate tarnish/patina which enhances its authentic antique character.
Original wiring is fully functional.
