Bill Hickman is self taught artist who first learned to weld in high school, and has been making steel sculptures for over 30 years. Bill resides in Raleigh, North Carolina where he makes one of a kind metal sculptures of animals, people, and masks.
Comes from a collector's estate in Minneapolis and purchased somewhere between the late 90's and early 2000's. Approx 7.5 inx 7.5in x 5in. Has a metal bar in back for hanging.
Excellent Condition - no flaws or repairs.
