Elegant Scandinavian Modern chandelier from the 1960s featuring a refined combination of teak wood, black lacquered metal, brass details, and six sculptural opaline glass shades. The balanced starburst composition and clean architectural lines are characteristic of Danish modern lighting design of the period.
The chandelier provides a warm atmospheric light and works beautifully above a dining table, in a living room, entrance hall, or lounge interior. A timeless mid-century statement piece with excellent proportions and high-quality craftsmanship.
The lamp remains fully functional and presents beautifully overall. One opaline glass shade has a discreet professionally repaired rim crack, largely hidden when mounted.
Decorative textile shades shown in some photographs are included if desired and offer an alternative softer styling appearance.
