Crafted in France circa 1860, the richly carved two-door cabinet is built from solid oak and features remarkable high-relief carvings throughout. The façade is decorated with deeply sculpted harvest motifs including wheat sheaves, grape clusters, baskets overflowing with fruit, ribbons, vines, and agricultural tools, all executed with extraordinary depth and craftsmanship.
Above the cabinet doors, two discreet drawers are embellished with hand-carved floral and foliate décor, while the recessed paneled sides and carved molding frame the piece with architectural elegance. The doors open to reveal a spacious interior fitted with a full-width shelf, offering practical storage for linens, serving pieces, or barware. The intricate carvings continue along the corners and apron, further emphasizing the sculptural quality of the cabinet.
